Welcome to School of Food Technology

30 years of experience in the areas of R&D management, Industrial Consultancy, Teaching and training, Food Product and Process Development. Faculty member/Course Coordinator in Food Engineering for M.Sc.(Food Tech.) at CFTRI (No of batches - 9, No. of students - around 200). Guided 5 students for their thesis/dissertation works. Conducted Courses like Fruit Juice Concentration at CFTRI and Tea Manufacture at Tata Tea. Published 25 papers in reputed National and International journals, presented 15 papers in National/International symposia and filed 6 Patents (5 India & one US).
